Buffet breakfast in Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Restaurant/places to eat in Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Excellent Stay- The room size (for Tokyo), the views, the location across the street from Shinagawa train station and a plethora of eateries including an excellent hotel breakfast buffet with lots of selection between western and Japanese options! Walking directly out of the train station to hotel across the street was worth the expense alone. The higher floor are preferable due to the volume of traffic and proximity to the train station. The staff appeared to be well trained and helpful. We especially want to thank the customer service representative Ms. Minako Imaki who was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to us as very weary traveller twice during our two stays at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel, on our initial stay when we requested a room change due to smoke smell in our nonsmoking room and with another room change request during our second stay. With each encounter Ms Imaki made us feel that our experience at the hotel was personally important to her. During both encounters she provided outstanding customer service! Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Rooms all good size, fantastic view over the city.Great facilities in room and very clean and comfortable. Portable AC machine in room. Staff all friendly. Hotel is massive with shops, bowling alley, aquarium attached. Good left luggage facilities for no extra charge. Buffet breakfast has a good choice but very busy and quality of food could be better. Buffet dinner had good quality food and choice. Great location being across from Shinagawa train station and about 20mins on train to Haneda airport.

This place is amazing! Fantastic location right next to the Shinagawa train station. It was our 1st wedding anniversary so we got a nice room and it definitely was worth it with stunning views of the Tokyo skyline on the 31st floor. Restaurants in the hotel were amazing as well and we had a choice of 5 different options for breakfast. Hotel also includes a cinema, bowling alley, aquarium and plenty of shops.

Basic business hotel standard: Very clean and functional. Everything available which a traveller might need. The location at Shinagawa station incl Shinkansen stop is ideal as a first/last stop in Japan. There are a number of international restairants just outside the hotel and a Japanese entertainment area just on the other side of the train station. Nice views from the upper floors.

The location is excellent, I have been living in this hotel since many times, although a bit old, it is very clean. Bigger room compare to others in this location. The staff are friendly, except the fact they do not speak good english, communication is always a problem in Japan, even if in a big hotel.
