Buffet breakfast in Shinagawa Prince Hotel

City view, Bed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Location is just across from Shinagawa Station, very convenient to access from Haneda airport. What I want to compliment is the staff at front desk. We had a medical emergency on the day we were to check out of hotel, the front desk personnel, Yi (I hope I have his name correct) was very helpful. It turned out he speaks Mandarin better than English. He was with us to help us translate to the ambulance personnel and subsequently help to give me a late checkout due to the emergency situation. There was another front desk personnel, an elderly man who helped to search hotel for me to stay on in Tokyo due to our medical emergency. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name. He was very patient and helped me to search for hotel near to hospital and one that I find was not too expensive. I am grateful to both gentlemen who helped me during that time.

Property is conveniently located just on the outskirts of most of the busiest areas of the city, and just across the street from Shinagawa Station, from which all other destinations in Japan are accessible by train! The hotel itself is clean and modern with rooms that are small, but nicely appointed. Fancy Japanese toilets in each room! Staff is courteous and most helpful. Check in process is quick and efficient. Many dining, entertainment and shopping options are within the hotel complex, including our favorite breakfast spot, 7-Eleven! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to other travelers. Luggage storage facility/service in hotel is excellent as well!

- Price: Very reasonable compared to prices of hotels in Tokyo nowadays - Location: Very close to Shinagawa station with a short walk meaning very close to Haneda airport (nice for late arrival flight and early departure flight). Also pretty close to famous shopping/tourist spots by train - Room: We book a twin room with sofa bed for 3 people. The room is in a good size with space left to open our luggages. Eventhough we stay on 12th floor, we couldn't hear any noise from the train station. It was very quiet at night - Amenities and staff: Very friendly service and have everything basic to offer

Rooms all good size, fantastic view over the city.Great facilities in room and very clean and comfortable. Portable AC machine in room. Staff all friendly. Hotel is massive with shops, bowling alley, aquarium attached. Good left luggage facilities for no extra charge. Buffet breakfast has a good choice but very busy and quality of food could be better. Buffet dinner had good quality food and choice. Great location being across from Shinagawa train station and about 20mins on train to Haneda airport.

Opposite a major metron station, with a number of metro lines. Hotel has a lot of facilities. including a handy well stocked convenience store (7/11). The hotel is huge with several towers. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out was easy. One a line that goes direct to Narita Airport (though a lot of stops). Hotel room was small, but understandable as space is at a premium in Tokyo. It had everything we needed, and a nice urban view from the 15th floor.
